If in a transaction performed by you to pay a vendor via the Jiggle platform, your jiggle wallet has been debited but the vendor has not received the payment within 24 hours of the completion of transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an email to our support@jiggle.ng or chat with our customer service agent via our website www.jiggle.ng Please include in the e-mail the following details – your name, your registration email, payment amount vendor outlet name, transaction date. Jiggle will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then your wallet will be credited with the money
