If in a transaction performed by you to fund your Jiggle wallet, money has been charged from your card or bank account and your wallet is not credited within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an email to our support@jiggle.ng or chat with our customer service agent via our website www.jiggle.ng Please include in the e-mail the following details – payment amount, card number, card verification value, and transaction date. Jiggle will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then your wallet will be credited or the money will be refunded to your bank account within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email.
